                              RESOLUTION NO. 21260
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED 
                 AT FOURTH (4TH) STREET AND GEORGIA AVENUE, MORE 
                 PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO, 
                 AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SAID 
                 SURPLUS PROPERTY TO DR. AND MRS. CHARLES A. 
                 PORTERA FOR A CONSIDERATION OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND 
                 DOLLARS ($15,000.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain property located at 4th 
       Street and Georgia Avenue, more particularly shown on the map 
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and is 
       hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that there be and is hereby 
       authorized the sale of said surplus property to Dr. and Mrs. 
       Charles A. Portera for a consideration of $15,000.00.
